The preliminary inspection of a new workpiece forms the basis for an efficient and safe production start and process. The VERICUT product line delivers fast and accurate results. The NC code-based simulation checks the process for collisions and workspace boundaries. With the Optimizer option, externally created NC programs can be optimized. The 3D workpiece models can be analyzed and cross-sectioned multiple times in any orientation, allowing areas to be inspected that would not be visible in a volume model, for example the intersection of drill holes.

The VERICUT software is always delivered with one or more DMG MORI machine-specific configurations. The 3D design model of the machine is cleaned up and supplemented with kinematic information. The NC code-based simulation covers a standard command set that includes all common NC functions and cycles. Custom special functions can be integrated at an additional cost.
