HSC high-speed cutting precision centers for highest demands in the die & mould industry. 

With high dynamic linear drives in all axes the HSC precision centers are reaching accelerations up to 2 g and rapid traverses up to 90 m/min. This increases the productivity by 20%. Maximum longtime precision is guaranteed by the stable, thermosymmetric design and direct path measuring systems. Surface qualities of Ra < 0.15 micron can be reached with HSC high-speed-cutting spindles with shaft, flange and jacket cooling and up to 40,000 rpm.
